The Milan Marriott has a lounge, only open on weekends for drinks and snacks, which is quite nice. They do offer the BIG brunch for Plats on Saturday and Sunday, don't know about other elites.

The Venice Courtyard is a very nice hotel. They offer a full buffet breakfast with every PAID hotel night although 8 Euro for the breakfast isn't bad if you had to pay.

The Rome Marriott has NO lounge but does give you a buffet breakfast in the restaurant at the top of the building for free. FREE internet access as well.
