Toyoko-inn are unbeatable in price/quality: clean, cheap, well located, cheap, free internet......and cheap. Rooms *are* small though -- but they're cheap.

I'm boycotting them, however, due to their openly homophobic policy --essentially refusing to honor a reservation should the two occupants checking into the same room both be male.....
