I've gotten them at some properties - as a Gold, I will sometimes get a nice corner unit that has a full-sized living room, a bigger than usual kitchenette (sometimes with a dining room table), and a bedroom with a real door leading to it.

But most of the time, I get a minisuite type setup. A small entry room with a couch and TV, a "pocket door" leading to the bedroom, and the sink/fridge in the middle.
