Embassy is do-able with kids. Not as much privacy because most units aren't true 1-bedroom suites with full doors.
I've stayed in a few ES, though not in a while for whatever reason (it's not like I avoid them ...), so maybe I'm a bit rusty, but I thought they were typically true one-bedroom units with doors between the bedroom and living room ...
