I only have trouble with the voice recognition system when I am sitting along a noisy concourse. No problems when at home or at work. My only complaint is that it won't let you give the answer before finishing the question. If you jump the gun, you get that annoying "I'm sorry. I did not understand your answer..." then you have to wait for the entire menu of answers to be repeated.
