Highly annoying feature of Delta's phone system. I don't have much of an accent, and even if I did... it would be an Atlanta accent. So I would expect DL to get it right.
Anyway, not too big a deal but this sure does annoy me.
HA! Don't be so sure about your southern accent. I feel like I don't have one either, but my first trip to NYC, you'd have thought I was speaking a foreign language to them!!!!!
