With an upcoming flight into, and a close connection at, JFK coming up I was curious whether departures or arrivals are effected more by bad weather. My flight into JFK lands at 7:30 AM (E-190), and my international flight takes off at 9:00AM (777W), and the a "wintery mix" of freezing rain/snow is forecasted for Thursday morning. With a tight connection, I was curious which flight would be affected more by the bad weather.
