Toyoko Inn opinions & alternatives?

I'm at a Toyoko Inn for the 5th night in a row, and while they meet my needs and are conveniently located, I'm wondering if there are alternate chains I should consider.

Part of my inquiry is just to see what else may be out there, but I haven't seen other chains that have the selection of locations that Toyoko does. As an example, I've stayed in 4 different ones in Yokohama, depending on room availability. I also find their locations ideal for getting to quickly and easily after getting off the train at the end of a long day. I've stayed in several Washington hotels and while they may be a notch higher in terms of comfort (and price), there just aren't as many of them.

My other reason for considering other chains is Toyoko's history of building facilities for disabled/handicapped persons in order to satisfy building requirements, then converting those spaces for others uses once the hotel is in operation. I'm sure other hotel chains in Japan and abroad have skeletons in their closets too, but the Toyoko history seems pretty well documented and publicized.

Comments and opinions welcomed.
