I have this persistent problem where AF credits zero miles for a paid Y ticket that I have upgraded with miles. What's up with that? I tried fixing it on the web, and it would not allow me. So I faxed in all the ticket stubs and whatnot, and now two months later they are still processing. That flight may have been my last to qualify for plat so it is very important it be credited properly lest I be busted down to Gold! Any ideas why this keeps happening?
