welcome to the NEW DELTA. I slowed down last year and dropped from Plat to GM this year and as of 2008 will be nothing with Delta. If you really want to crank up your rant launch an executive carpet bomb and escalate by emailing a couple of the top execs at Delta and in a short, professional manner describe your issues and tell them how disappointed you are with the treatment that the CS agent provided. You might get a $100 voucher to use on future flights. Or you might get nothing but a form letter.
