A less than stellar stay

* No airport pick up - claimed no record of request from t/a
* 10 mins to check in. My non-smoking room had morphed into a smoker and it took ages to find something acceptable
* 1h20 mins to get lunch in the Lotus cafe, order 'lost' twice due to system problem
* 3 hours for dinner in the Indian restaurant.
* Bathroom small, and lacking a walk in shower

I've had far better experiences at Le Royal Meridien and Maratha Sheraton. Won't be heading back to the JW in a hurry, a lacklustre experience.
