This leads me to a second question -- if you ask to be put on a wailist and don't get a card, does that mean that the agent screwed up or didn't add you? There have been a few times in the past where I've asked to be on either a standby or upgrade list and didn't get a card, and it always seemed that they didn't pan out, which leaves me wondering if I was ever added...
