I echo the BOGO problems

I also have issues with Bonus Bucks processing at all; again as stated in another thread, I make a copy of the BB(s) used, have the FDC initial it (copy) and still have a problem getting it to post without my going to the FDC at checkout

Premium pounds are an entire issue to itself, in addition to the BB problem, I'm always getting an exchange rate that is way lower than what the MR site uses.. I will print it (exchange rate from the MR site) the day of arrival and note it on the a.m. of check out and If it doesn't match, well there is a nice discussion at the front desk..most of the time there is a discussion anyway b/c the PP doesn't post at all anyway, then the subsequent how much are you giving me discussion happens right after that

Multi-night stays; sometimes I will suck it up and actually use the Marriott provided HSIA. When I do, most of the time I only want one night charged as thats all that I'm using it for. I will sign up for one night (not entire stay), will notify the FDC of this and yet i'm billed for HSIA for every night I'm there.

parking - just b/c i have a car does not mean I'm using your lot. I will often find a cheaper (or free place) near the hotel. However they see my keys and say do you have a car? I say yes but I'm not parking it here and voila.. they charge me anyway.. *shaking my head on this one*

post stay charges.. I always reconcile my Charge card invoices to folios as its often that Marriott (and others to be fair) will add subsequent charges to my card.. they will say its for mini bar, water.. or anything that they can think of.. i stay at hotels enough to know enough not to touch this crap and yet some one has this bright idea for raising revenue to charge after the fact hoping that no one will notice.. those who do, the charge is reversed.. those who don't.. well its a nice little profit center.. i truly believe this is what hotels do.
