Seen similar things myself on long multi-segment interline tickets. I don't know why it does that, but chances are that UA and US are both fritzy in different ways.

If you confirmed with SQ that 1) your booking exists, and 2) it's in business, you're probably fine. Still, if it were my money I'd insist on some kind of confirmation of as much from US. If your ticket ends up showing that you are booked in Y/M on the 380 flights, then it might look like you accepted a booking in coach and would have to make a change to get back into business.
