I have a flight from IAD to DEL on Dec. 16th connecting via MUC on LH. I really don't want to leave the airport and go into the city. This flight has a 9 hr 20 min layover. Any suggestion from the seasoned travellers out there on how to pass the time or get into the lounge? Can't get into the lounge, lost my *A Gold last year for the first time in almost 10 years, only a premier this year.

Also, is there anyway to upgrade a ticket from V class to C (I think I know the answer already, but thought I would confirm)? Any thoughts
