Pretty standard delay, unlike their flights

I have flown AY quite a bit the past 5 years and while their flights are usually punctual, their points invariably take a while to post ~ a minimum of one week (last trip with them in June) and anywhere up to three.

On the odd occasion points did not post, so I faxed a note and BP copies to QF FF, as suggested above by Downunder, and the points arrived soon after that.
