Reserve the flight with CO and they will come in the hold. It costs a few hundred dollars.

Make sure you have the paperwork for the proper German state they are being imported too, each one has different rules on breeds and collars.

I have picked up many a person in Frankfurt and driven back to NRW, after a delay because of paperwork, others it has gone quickly as all was in order before arriving.

Many people I know who travel with the pets try to book non-stop flights if able. This is not an option from ABQ or ELP so get the vets opinion in doggie and kitty valium-I have seen that used in the past to good effect.
