JCPenney.com shipping charges are pretty high though. My order was limited to only clothes for just over $100, and the shipping was $15.25. There are a couple of free shipping codes out there, but using one cancels the F & F 20% discount or any other promo code. Also, on the JCPenney.com site, their front page showed free shipping on $99, but that is also cancelled using another discount. RATS! For my order that effectively makes the promo code only worth about 5% off.
