Wow! The only billing errors that I get with any sort of regularity involve failure to credit EEO certificates. I also have arguments over collecting and redeeming Bonus Bucks. But I almost never get other people's charges or charges for things I didn't use. Once in a while I get a bad minibar charge that I have to fix by phone. Maybe once or twice a year. What's irritating about them is that they show up on my VISA card long after I checked out.
