Consistent, that depends on how you define consistent. At that hotel, no, but at other hotels, yes. I would say that I get billed for garage parking when I do not have a car at least twice per year (last time at Key Bridge October 5-7), get charged for full breakfast charges when I should only be paying for tip because I have a breakfast coupon (three or four times per year), or other form of free breakfast (last time at Renaissance Chancery Court September 23-29, and Ren Amsterdam September 29 to October 5), and I would say that sort of thing all falls under the same heading, wouldn't you?
