Hi all! I'm with others in this thread who have essentially said - it can't hurt to post!

I received a surprise RIF from my current job on Friday. I'm rapidly moving into high-gear job search (knowing that a lot probably won't happen until the holidays.)

My background is hospitality training, learning, quality, HR and operations. I've been at a Director level for many years and my perfect job is leading the training and/or quality functions for a substantial hospitality organization that truly believes in the customer experience. I'm strong in all phases of ADDIE and all types of learning solutions, from traditional to blended to online.
