US Helicopter (www.flyush.com) is an independent air shuttle service that operates scheduled helicopter flights between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and two Manhattan heliports: Downtown Manhattan Heliport at Wall Street (JRB) and East 34th Street/Midtown Heliport (TSS). The flight time is eight minutes and fares start at $159 each way. Flights operate hourly, Monday - Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 7:50 p.m. Flights connect to and from gate C-71 at Newark. Continental Airlines and US Helicopter have initiated the only codeshare between an airline and helicopter in the New York area. This provides customers with seamless ticket purchase and travel between the heliports and Newark Liberty International Airport. US Helicopter will provide connecting service from either the Downtown Manhattan or East 34th Street heliports to or from Continental's flights.
