I would use the standard 19 inch rack mount hardware. Remember the circuit breaker companies that went under? It will be hardpress to find replacement or addition to these seemingly complete solution in just a few years. The local surplus store is full of these solutions that are just short a few key items to make a complete set.

There are NEMA compliant low voltage wall boxes in orange color in hardware stores. These are easier to use than the closed back grey or blue color boxes for 110v AC.
