Well that was great advice!!^^^
I called YVR and a very helpful officer checked that she is all in order and ready to bypass line-ups!!
He did indicate that in mid-November they had a switch over to a new fingerprint system that did not go, shall we say, as smooth as they would have liked. So he himself had a 250 card backlog to process and still has 8 left and that could be why the GOES website was not yet up-to-date... nevertheless - they answered their phone and resolved the concern!
