I am trying to locate the best value 5,000 bonus point rate for a hotel in the U.S. before 15th Dec.

At this point the best I have is Crowne Plaza, Phoenix Airport at $124 on 14th Dec for the 5,000 bonus points rate.

Can anybody beat this ?
