Cell Phone Use in Dubai
I will be traveling to Dubai for a 6 days in Januray. I will need to make and recieve calls to the US.

1. What is the most cost effective way to do this?

I have ATT but the rates are $2.49 per min. and that is a little high.

I have a Razor phone that I used to have service with before I got my iPhone.

2. Would I be able to get that un locked and then buy a SIM card in Dubai to make calls to the US?
