How much to upgrade from WTP to Club World?
Hi,

I'm a member of the Executive club, but I don't have any miles or tier points. Anyway, I'm travelling to LAX on the 26th (Dec.) from London Heathrow. (LHR-LAX-LHR). How much will I have to pay on the counter to upgrade?

What about Virgin.. How much from Premium Economy to Upper Class?
