My gold card says it's good through 12/2008, I imagine that's true for you too.

It took them 3 weeks to comp me (they lost my first fax, second time I called the person I spoke to had me fax it to his attention, I was upgraded 3 days later), and then I think a couple of weeks for me to receive my MVPG welcome packet. If you haven't received your packet/card yet, be patient, it's probably coming.
