I would never use one as my regular card -- although I may have gotten a couple for the bonus miles.
I know of nothing that keeps you from using a personal card for biz charges.

I put all my business charges on my personal cards, then spread them to my various business entities for payment out of the appropriate entity each month. That way I get all the protections and still have a clean record for business and tax purposes.
