Westin Chosun Seoul

I was at the hotel for 10 nights. Without asking, the person at check-in noted my platinum status and explained to me that the hotel currently didn't have a suite to offer me, but would have one later in my stay.

The first 4 nights were a C&P stay - I was put in a regular "executive" room on the 18th floor. The room was nice, but small.

The last 6 nights of my stay were on points, and the hotel moved me to a junior suite right next to my original room on the 18th floor. They took care of moving all my luggage. ^
