I just thought I would post a reminder of how sh!t this lounge is while sat OUSTIDE it for the next 5 hours.
It is quieter as normal sat in the public area on the mezzanine floor and you can find a seat that you don’t stick too. I don’t even know why I bothered to walk in when I saw the amount of people queuing to get it.
Oh well my fault for buying a cheap ticket I suppose that can’t be changed. I asked at the ticket desk if the ticket I had booked was changeable upgradeable for a fee as I had no idea what I bought only to be told no I had purchased a severely discounted business class ticket (£410.60) and I would need to buy a one way ticket if I wanted to go home earlier.
The main problem with the whole situation is that I have my car at LHR so can’t sit here and get tanked up and post away and buy the time I get home at around 11 I will have to do some power binge drinking just to be able to understand my moronic friends laughing at nothing and speaking Swahili.
