The same information was given at JFK-Term.7 when asked about what could happen from now on. Probably the whole concept would change for next year. Eventually with less customers admittance could be granted for 1K customers.

According to a concierge today at the PDX RCC, the RCC is most definitely acdepting new members. However, new members
cannot enroll at the RCC and must do so ahead of time. This new policy does not apply to renewals. I was told that UA is looking to enforce paper trails for new members.
