I did not see much difference on the flight I took. All of them recline fully and have same features. It is a small cabin of 4 rows of seats, so your choice is pretty limited. Row 4 would be the least desirable since it is close to the bathrooms - the traffic of people and possibly noise. Otherwise, no other difference between the seats that i noticed.
