So what did the TSA do? Well, I'll tell you what they didn't do... close some of the ID checks and send their employees to open another Xray line (they have like 10 of them available, but the rest were closed). And, they didn't even have the ID checkers stop checking ID's so fast. Instead, the angriest, rudest TSA agent I've ever encountered walked up and down the entire area after the ID checkers, yelling at anyone who dared attempt to walk forward and join one of the X-ray lines (which had at this point started wrapping sideways). That's right - their own employees were checking ID's as fast as they could, and this one increadible b*tch was preventing anyone from walking forward, even after they were cleared by the ID checker.
Wish I had written her name down, she was beyond rude. Anyone else happen to see this? And here, I have been saying that Denver seems to have it's act together...
What?! Are you kidding me? 5-6 staff at ONE ID checking desk? Why is that even necessary? Or do you mean 5-6 staff total for checking ID's (3 at each station)?
