Not a big fan of unions or their penchant for using work stoppages - nobody wins. There has to be a better way to resolve these issues - e.g. offer management a reasonable counter-proposal that helps both sides.

A company always gets the Union it deserves.
Work stoppage is usually one of the last resorts the labor group has.
