One nice thing about Norfolk Sheraton Waterside is that it is actually on the water. If you can get a room facing the river it's an enjoyable view (if you like shipyards and the Portsmouth waterfront -- I do).

Not exactly an update, but even with the renovations (which may be done, btw), I think it beats the downtown Courtyard any day of the week.
