I'd like this to be the start of a thread that documents TSA overstaffing. No lengthy discussions, no need to make it a sticky because the volume of reports should keep it on the first page or two.

One TSO with a cutsie black light checking all ID's for both elite & non-elite lines, elite line as long or longer than the non-elite line and almost completely filling the area roped off for it when we arrived.
