I know it's probably been asked before, but I can't seem to find what I want.

I have a couple of the Visa cat 5 certs.

1. Can they be upgraded to a cat 6 or 7 with points? (I suspect the answer is no)
2. Can they be used for a cat 6 pointsaver night?
