It is the same for the Wing. It doesn't really say anything about about re-entry stamps. And I've used both my Y (with status designation) and sometimes J boarding passes to re-enter lounges before.

rtwdone4, it saves time. Also, if you reenter a lounge with people in line for some other matters, you can just show the red stamp and enter instead of waiting in line (that is why you need to make sure it is a red stamp). If OP has a guest, the guest's BP need to be stamped for re-entrance anyway.
