On both my electronic and paper version there is no longer any 'spend to date' section. So I don't know where I am in terms of triggering my next 241!
This is one of my problems. I am less then £1k from triggering, but I need to wait until 2008, otherwise I won't have enough holiday allowance to make use of it.
I phoned up and the agent told me how much money I have spent, but I can't for the life of me work out where he got that figure from. I am also missing several thousand miles, but keep getting told to phone BAEC when I query it with Amex.
