On a recent booking I had trouble even getting the booking to come up on the AF website. . .
I ended up calling them, confirmed the flight and requested a specific seat and a special meal. All done quite efficiently on the phone, also added my FB number to the booking, and now it all apears on the AF website, too!

My advice; give AF a telephone call.
