Seriously, what is UA paying Helen Chan for? Granted, we haven't heard her side. But even if a tenth of what I've hear is true, she should consider real estate, or some other field. Sorry, but I agree with you. Perhaps she is bucking for control freak of the year award (a pinnacle for many gate agents!) Think you deserved better and UA should consider apology.

I am in he service industry (guess). Am working on a presentation: "Looking at the world from other than your own point of view". Airs next year on an-a-yet-to-be-named outlet.
