It's funny but AP doesn't seem to follow it's own rules; my account somehow wound up being all of my given first, middle and surname names and I was reminded to use all 3 all the time on tickets if that's the way my AP account shows. Despite that my AP award tickets are only ever issued as first + surname. Go figure.
