I've heard some (hopefully unsubstantiated) rumors that the FCT will not accept passengers on route to Israel for Limo transfer, etc. Since the night flight to TVL is almost always parked on an outside position and the additional security is as tedious as it us useless, I hope someone can confirm (or hopefully) deny this rumor.

As the posters above indicated, you can of course use the FCT - as indeed half the plane will (or so it seems - often 20+ pax). You do need to do an extra security check in the FCT before boardiing, so you are called a few minutes earlier than you would for another flight.
Out of interest though, per your comment on TLV getting outside positions - no longer! As of the past week or two, it always goes from B20, a regular and central finger position. Extra security is done there. I think that the move of USA flights to A enabled this.
