As the posters above indicated, you can of course use the FCT - as indeed half the plane will (or so it seems - often 20+ pax). You do need to do an extra security check in the FCT before boardiing, so you are called a few minutes earlier than you would for another flight.
Out of interest though, per your comment on TLV getting outside positions - no longer! As of the past week or two, it always goes from B20, a regular and central finger position. Extra security is done there. I think that the move of USA flights to A enabled this.
