There's something about OAK.
Every UA ticketing experience I've had at OAK has been negative -- either incompetence, refusal to help, or whatnot. SFO, SJC, and SMF have all been flawless (worst thing was maybe a bit of a line).
What's funny is my CO ticketing experiences at SFO have been good, and I only had one problem, also at OAK.
I think there's something about that airport -- maybe it's the water, or maybe it's the fact that they deal with such a high volume of idiot travellers, they can't handle basic things well.
