I might be wrong, but the closet in FC is where the FAA approved crewbag storage is. Seems odd, but we can't just throw our bags where ever we want.
I understand that if the FAA approves crew bags in the bins (like Pinnacle) the closet then gets opened up for coats... its intended use.
