My first CR9 wasn't that exciting. The exit row seats are very narrow, I can't tell but I think more narrow then a DC9. The cabin wasn't blinding bright since they didn't have the roof lights on. They made a person of size move to the front of the plane out of the exit row, I didn't know they did this to people, seemed kind of mean as the FA was kind of cold about it. But that allowed the lady next to me to move next to her SO and give me more shoulder room.
When we landed the guy asked the GA at the arrival gate if he could be moved for this next flight as he didn't want to be moved like that again. I don't blame him!
However the plane didn't seem to affect my ears as badly as most of the fleet. Since I am very sensitive to pressure changes, I don't know if it was a fluke or if something is different.
