Maybe you were just unlucky at HSV, or things have really gone downhill with National there in the last year. I used to rent from that location quite often in 2005 and 2006 and service was always fast and friendly at the Emerald Club booth in the garage. My only complaint was one time when I arrived very late, and only one agent was on duty, and she had taken a very long bathroom break. Other than that, my experiences with National at HSV and BHM have always been good.
