(a) What about screen resolution differences? I mean, scanning an iPhone screen vs. Crackberry vs. a low rez web-enabled Samsung...
(b) What ever are the bp-fetish TSOs going to do? BP is scanned prior to entering checkpoint area, BP is placed in bag/bin to go through x-ray, pax is harangued by WTMD TSO for not having BP in hand and further yelled at to present BP after clearing WTMD. Of course some pax may just keep phone/PDA handy to show WTMD TSO but will be scolded for trying to take said device through WTMD and given a secondary for trying such a bonehead move.
On a positive note, I like that it'll eliminate the need to pay the hotel $3/page for our bp printouts. But that also begs the question, does everyone have to have his/her
own device? I mean my 2 year old is quite capable of operating a cell phone

but he doesn't get his own until he's at least 13!

Wow, I can see the comotion now, family of 5 traveling together with one cell phone as the bp for the entire party?
