Has anyone used this hotel for just the day. We (wife and kids 16, 9) will be arriving early in the morning (6:20 am) after an overnight flight from BKK (TG 640) and our connecting flight SQ 012 leaves 12 hours later. I don't want to hang out at the airport all day especially after an overnight flight.

My thought was to get 1 room only (either points or pay for it) and just use it to hang out in. Has anyone done something similar? Will the hotel freak out because there are 4 of us even though we are not overnighting? How about late checkout - what is the latest that folks have been able to use a room without incurring a 2nd night's charge.

I was about to email the hotel but wanted to check here first.
